By receiving art (be it from a commission, Art Fight, art trade, gift, request, or other means) from me, you agree to the following terms.
I refers to myself, Wildflower75, and you refers to anyone who will commission or otherwise receive artistic work from me. My work or My art refers to any writing, artwork, or other creative products that I have posted/uploaded, regardless of finish quality.
Usage
You may upload my art to character sites such as Toyhouse, or use it a profile picture or banner on sites, only if you are the designated recipient. I am the only one who can use art I have made of my own characters.
If you use my art anywhere, please credit me by a link to one of my platforms or this site. Do not claim my work as your own.
You may not use my work for AI training purposes, no exceptions. You may not ask AI to finish linework or sketches that I have done.
Do not use my art for NFTs.
Do not alter my work. Do not crop out or otherwise remove my signature/watermark from any of my pieces.
You may not use my work commercially unless individually discussed and approved. This includes selling stickers/physical items of my work, using my work in advertisements, and more.
However, you are free to print stickers/other physical items of my work as long as they are for personal use!
